About Us
Created in 2013, The Hot Spoon was born out of my experience hosting numerous gatherings for my son’s friends and their mothers. I combined my passion for food and the cooking experience I gained from various courses and work in the hospitality sector to turn that passion into a business. Since then, we have been creating amazing dishes that delight our clients events.

We have used Carla for christenings communions 50th parties and anniversary parties and the food is always amazing, her attention to detail is unbelievable. Carla has been catering for years at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church. She has catered for meals, dinners and other events. The biggest event was for the Ruby anniversary of the parish priest where she catered for 400 attendees.She has a very professional team that she manages very well. Her food is high quality in appearance and taste. She accommodates to the needs of the client and goes far and above to make sure the events are a success.
